What was the DnD idea you had?

The seasons change with the migration of a great ice dragon who brings winter in its wake. Currently, one of the continents in my world is perpetually winter while the rest are summer and spring because that dragon was imprisoned on that continent. It can’t travel anymore, and so winter stays where it slumbers.
