But yeah anyway if you have any construction projects or know someone who does, I strongly advise you to move on that NOW because a) it's not going to get any cheaper, and b) if you're able to find supplies that don't require you to leverage the next three firstborn sons born into your family line, you may not be able to find someone to do it.
