I just want to say something important
Its okay to be sad, we all are sad sometimes. You don't have to feel bad for being down or depressed, its okay, take your time if you need to be alone. Rest your mind and do things you love! Listen to your favorite songs, take a nice shower or perhaps a bath! Dress into something comfortable and eat something you love too! I know it might be hard to be productive, but even little things are good. If its just eating small favorite snack or putting on favorite clothes, you can still do it!
Its okay to be sad and cry, to feel like you can't do anything, that's not something to feel guilty of, you're a human! Even if things seem hard, you can do it. Its hard to try, I know. But you can still do it! You're strong, you're awesome and you're capable of great things!
Small steps are fine too. Maybe you'll start with talking to people around you slowly, start taking walks into park or around the block, get up earlier or do just one thing. That's great too! We need to start somewhere right?
So everyone, please eat your meals, get some sleep, take care of yourself and don't overwork your body and mind! Remember that there's always someone who cares about you! You're not alone
