Kagami, Kise, and Furihata for the ask meme? :D
Hello! Nice to see you!
Kagami:
Similarities
1.) Nothing can motivate me to take someone down like if they upset one of my friends!
2.) I’m helplessly addicted to basketball! When the end of the month comes around and college basketball season starts up again, you will be able to find me curled up by the TV, yelling at the players onscreen.
3.) Like Kagami and Himuro, I have a ring that I wear every day (either on my right hand or on a chain around my neck) that is the twin of an identical ring owned by @ignite-pass-tetsuya, as a symbol of our friendship. It’s always with me and I panic if I think I’ve misplaced it.
Differences
1.) I always excelled at academics when I was in school, unlike Kagami, whose strong suit is not grades and tests.
2.) While Kagami is actually a very approachable sweetheart, he acts very rough and tough when he’s hiding his emotions or otherwise uncomfortable. When I am uncomfortable, and act in a way which is inconsistent with my natural demeanor, I tend to be very quiet or distant -- almost the opposite.
3.) Kagami really relishes a challenge, and has a lot of fun when facing a strong opponent. While I am competitive and certainly enjoy either competitions or intellectual challenges, unless I don’t feel there’s any stakes at play, I often feel pressured by my desire to win or succeeded. As a result, I may find it difficult to fully appreciate what I am doing. (This is actually the problem I just ran into, recently, when I tried to challenge myself to write for three different weekly events!)
Kise:
Similarities
1.) We are both extroverts, who place a lot of value on and derive energy from spending time with our colleagues.
2.) We both enjoy creative or artistic expression, like fashion and singing karaoke.
3.) Both of us greatly value our friends and “teammates” and want to give our best for them.
Differences
1.) Kise often dramatizes his emotions as part of his facade -- hiding his true feelings, ambitions, etc. with more calculated ones. In situations where I hide my feelings, I tend to simply not express them.
2.) While I enjoy fashion and personal expression, they aren’t part of my persona in quite the way they are for Kise. They are more of a defining characteristic of how he presents himself.
3.) Kise has a clear delineation of who he respects and who he does not respect. While I certainly have friends, acquaintances, and others, I do not delineate my interactions with others in this way.
Furihata is answered here.
