I still laugh and go awwww a little when I think about the only time Hijikata called Gintoki by his name (and not yorozuya and just plain Gintoki with no honorifics) is when Hijikata is drunk and just puked and Gintoki was standing in the way of Katsura so he couldn’t aim artillery at Hijikata. That’s the only time. Period. LOL
