Navigation around the Watch Tower was a bit difficult for Halo. Is this where all of Artemis’s friends spent their time most of the day when they weren’t out helping people? It was all a lot for her to take in at once, she still needed time to process all that was going on. 

As she was walking around, her eyes slowly scanning over the area while she tried to make sense of what she was seeing, she stopped abruptly when she bumped into a much taller figure. “S-sorry!” she quickly apologized before tilting her head, her eyes going over the other’s clearly not-human form. “You are...uh...” What was the word again? “m-metahuman too?”

Welp, I finally understand why people don’t like group projects

(Not to be a total bitch, but I wasn’t allowed to get one word in edge wise. And when I expressed concerns about our choice of a company (and how much work it’s going to be to define ‘culture’ or ‘structure’ at a non-public, brand new company), I was basically told my concerns don’t matter. So I just kept quiet instead.)

Y’all do you, I’m gonna spend time I would’ve spent on this project looking into jobs.

So done with this.

(I think I might be most offended because I **really like** the subject matter and find this to be a really cool opportunity to create our own case study on an interesting company. It’s like, we have no accessibility to this place we’ve chosen and I have no interest in paying $40 to attend a cycling class (side note jesus christ can’t you just rent a citi bike?) so instead we have to make some stabs in the dark and read one of the 10 online journal write ups to make an entire project. -___- how can you get anything meaningful from a PR puff piece about how great it is to pay $40 to cycle? It’s lost on me.)

I'm the type of person who would stay up with a friend and give them the same advice over and over again, and won't give up until they finally understand what I'm saying, which, unfortunately, has not happened yet. And I'm tired as fuck, yet I still can't find it in me to tell them "YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND JUST LEAVE ME ALONE AND GET SOME PROFESSIONAL HELP."

And I hate myself for it. >.<
