While I agree that it was pretty pissy having met them myself they do all they can for their fans. If you want to be mad at someone, be mad at DragonCon for having the panels far away. Those people have busy days & have a lot to do as is.

That must have been a very hard time for you but I doubt you have never canceled something last min (plus Scott Wilson is an elderly man that spends hours on set filming the show you love so much) please be considerate of other people’s lives aswell

Of course I have cancelled plans, but you know what I don't do? Cancel them multiple times in a row.  It irritates me more that they decided not to show up to two panels.  Especially when they were well within walking distance.  They even had a van there to take them the few blocks to the panels.  I understand that they had a line waiting, but it's not hard to cap the line and then have them step away for an hour.

What's with Norman's black eye when did he get it is it real or is just makeup on set?

aaa, I was wondering the same

so if anyone has knowledge on this one, is it makeup or did something actually happen, please do tell :)
