rethinking li!jace intros bc i like the idea of pc already knowing him and him having been like an older brother kinda figure (not a good one) (not a bad one either) (he lives a life of mediocrity)
#jace#dol pc#dol#my writing#dol pancake#“older brother” only in the sense that they're orphans in an orphanage without a family structure who make do with what they got#and jace was just older. and i am always in my head forcing the absentee father role onto bailey and in that sense. they are a family#you get it#i think jace'd have that luck w/ kids where they like him bc he just talks to them like adults. but he actually doesn't know wtf hes doing#and hes too distant to like. actually take care of someone else. other than bare minimum. any r/s w him is going to be bc he was approached
