i have osdd which isnt the same as did but i am plural, i have osdd-1 which is plurality without amnesia when alters come and go fron the front. i am not trapped in my plurality, (if anything its trapped with me/j). does it suck ass at times? yeah. is it hard to nagivate the world at times as well? also true. its also true that sometimes ill do things with out being aware of it until later, but often they arent bad things just things i wouldnt normally do i.e. a typing quirk or saying words i wouldnt normally say. there isnt such thing as an alter being more real than others, theres a "host" which is the alter fronting most of the time, and there can be alters that dont front or even appear in the headspace often but theyre as real as the rest
