It makes me so so so sad to see you getting hate, especially on anon. I usually post asks on anon because I'm super shy, but I came off anon because I just had to let you know that despite the hate, you will always have fans that love and support you! I think I've told you already, but you honestly just have so much talent and you write so beautifully! This blog is my favorite blog I've seen on all of tumblr, and you're a rockstar! 🎖

Honestly, I’m sorry I had to turn anon off for those people like you who might be shy, but if people want their answers to either be private or with their name blanked out they can just put a P or a B at the beginning of their ask and I’ll respect that.
However, I’m seriously tired of people abusing the anon function to get cocky and arrogant. While I have to put myself out there with every word I write, they can comfortably hide behind the anon function, so no one will ever know who they are. It’s unfair.
Also, frankly, their messages were low blows and very personal attacks, which I most certainly won’t tolerate. How people dare to take the right to judge someone they don’t know the very first thing off is beyond me. It shows their entitlement and selfishness.
Not to mention that no matter what I post on my blog, no matter how ‘offensive’ or ‘hurtful’ people might perceive it as, going into someones personal ask box to put them down will always be worse, because I’d never attacked a singular person, but they did.
I’ve never sent anon hate in my entire life, never sent a whole lot of asks to begin with. I send messaged, because I actually want to communicate my issues, not just accuse someone and then piss off and block them so they can’t reply. It’s cowardly and immature.
When I see something I disagree with - and believe me I see a lot of shit on Tumblr getting very popular I highly disagree with - I scroll by and if I continuously see it from the same person, I simply and silently unfollow. I’d never dream of going to their ask box about a darn opinion.
Be it as it may, I won’t be turning on anon anytime soon. If I don’t get any more requests because of it, so be it. I’ll just write original MM content. But I won’t let some strangers on the internet dehumanize and insult be without any consequences. I’m done being a punching bag!
