Uhm... so quick question... guys... uhm so remember in ep 6 of vsmp... when Avid's ears were ringing... and his vision got darker.... much to similar to what happened in ep 4-5 because of... well... demon curse...?

And than imediatly after he had the change of the century, when he got level 2 and started batting and saying he wants to kill everyone....

The fact this happened in quite a stressful situation, with him believing he wasn't safe in town and in the castle, while being peer presured by the vampires (*cough* scott *cough*) into coming to their side... the fact Avid was so desperate to seem trustworthy to them, in fear of being rejected or worse killed (when have I ever heard that before...)

Theory, that honestly feels more like an observation I just personally haven't heard much of before, Avid's wound was healed by vampirism, but the curse was not! If anything vampirism made some aspects of the curse less noticeable, like the hunger beeing overshadowed by vampiric bloodlust, or just made it worse... in particullar with Avid's manic episodes... and... if I am right... (I have not watched his ep 7 btw) ... then ... he was having a manic episode from this moment all the way until he died... so... even if he survived... could he have gotten better? Could Shelby and Drift keep him in check?... I still don't think death was the only answer though... even if he couldn't find the cure... I'm not sure...

"Pyro's weak! He is always getting mauled by the town! He's desorganized!"... ok you know what maybe death still IS the correct answer /j

One thing is for sure, this has made me think a bit about the... uhm... Aviscott in the room... and I have thoughts, I've had thoughts since watching Scott's pov but uhm.... yea... I'll probably wait to watch Avid's ep7 before I share them... cuz... I'm gonna need some courage you know? Sadly I relate to Drift a bit to much when it comes to.... well... opinions...

Hi guys! Long time no see! Been busy with colege and stuff!

FINALLY finished both Avid and Drift's ep 5 and... I LOVED THEM!

Avid's ep 5 is honestly my favourite of his as of right now! I love how it explores his curse, how its affecting him, it trully feels terrifying!

In other povs his turning feels selfish or atleast short-sighted, I mean he asked Shelby to turn him after burning her house down the ep before, very strongly not wanting to stay a vampire, when he knows that to be cured the sire needs to die. It felt like he was condemming Shelby, his friend and a vampire that hadn't turned anyone or killed anyone, to die! Especially after the way he treated her in ep 4, it felt like a rushed and poor thought out decision that would cause more harm than good to everyone...

But now... having watched it through his perspective... he was suffering, so much! He tried to ask for help from the Doc, but he couldn't wait, it was worsenning so fast! It trully felt like horror, like he didn't really had a choice either.

And it makes sense he asked for Shelby to do it, he was always distrusting of Scott, he is TERRIFIED of Owen and he doesn't like Pyro... he also did not know about Apo or Cleo (even if he had his suspitions, he couldn't just ask)... again it felt like he didn't really had a choice... ask Shelby to turn him or suffer and possibly become wild...

Drift's pov was amazing as always! Her pov has been so entertaining to watch!

Her turning... oh her turning! It wasn't the most emotional but in hindsight... its so tragic!

She had been the entire ep trying to close the gap between vampires and humans, going to find Pyro, talking with Shelby, she was even willing to hear Scott and Owen out and tried to help them... just to be turned by Scott when she wasn't even attacking... she was trying to fllee (and honestly I think its more obvious from Scott's pov) but he was GOING AFTER HER! YOU EVIL BASTARD! THE "how could you?" ABSOLUTELY BROKE ME! MY GIRL!!

I absolutely ADORE her relationship with Cleo and Pearl, I feel like we need to talk about the fact that Cleo was basically adopting the vampires that came after them (except Avid) and I love them talking about being turned, Cleo telling Drift the things they wished the castle vampires had teached her! THEM FLYING TOGETHER! And Drift trusting Pearl the moment she got turned and Pearl directing her to the people that could help her! While also not spilling Cleo's secret! GUYS THIS IS THE FOUND FAMILY!

Ep 5 is so great guys! But I will say, Avid is so stupid (both in a "angry at you" way and a "my guy please don't" kinda way) when it cames to his view of Scott... don't get me wrong love the yoi yoi, but... the way he switches his opinion of Scott, yes it started before his turning but it still felt... undeserved on Scott's side, like he was tormenting Avid from day one, he was very clearly manipulating everyone at the town in that moment, they even talked about it right after... AND THEIR CONVERSATION AFTER AVID GETS TURNED!? THE WAY HE TALKS WITH SCOTT NORMALLY LIKE HE HAS DONNE NOTHING WRONG BUT LITTERALLY SAYS THAT PYRO IS A WILD MONSTER! COMPARING HIM TO WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO ELLE! STOP THE PYRO HATE! WHY DO YOU EVEN HATE HIM! YOU ARE A VAMPIRE NOW! I call beauty priveledge ... guys who wants to stake Avid right now?/j

What really made me sad was in Drift's pov when Legs is saying that Scott is the problem, Avid responds that its JUST Owen and Drift tells Avid that Scott was the one to turn her, Scott HURT Drift, Avid's best friend AND THIS MAN SAYS NOTHING! WHAT???

But in general this ep has made me appretiate Avid allot more, I felt after watching ep 4 that I genuenly wanted to trow him at the wall... now I still want to do that but I'll also give him some cookies.

Drift is wounderfull I'm loving to see her slowly becoming more brave even before turning, it's just sutch a satisfactory journey!
