Lowkey (highkey?) disappointing when someone starts screaming about how social media is evil (which I can somewhat agree with) and we need to boycott social media, and then I catch them an hour later posting a buncha memes on Elon's AI training hellsite (AKA Twitter)

If you say you're gonna leave a social media platform (or social media in general) go ahead! I support your decision!
Don't shame others for not doing so, and don't be showing up two days later reposting fifty memes on your TikTok or whatever it is
