“I know, I know. It sucks being pretty.” Sean sipped from his glass. “Wish someone would grab at my ass. I think we should wait awhile. It won’t be long until now. We should be able to make our move soon.”
“If you think you can stop me, stop me.” The Cat said in full gear.

“I haven’t been completely honest with you.” Bryce started, looking almost desperate. “I’m not exactly human. I’m a witch, well half witch. The other half - be open-minded Zeph, I’m half demon...” The hybrid sighed. “Those cloaked guys were magical assassins sent after me. I wasn’t sure if I could tell you until that night.” Bryce’s hazel eyes locked onto the other’s. “Sorry I lied.”

“You’re preaching to the choir. I’ve known a few powered people back in the day.”
Sean rolled his wrist as the cuffs were taken off. He didn’t know how he managed to let himself get caught, but somehow it happened. “Look, I don’t who you are or why you bailed me out, but thanks I guess.”

Sean sat up, “One; weed is not a drug.” He scratched the inside of his ear with his little finger. “And two; I’m not saying my soul specifically is dying, but if we were to use me as an example.” His brow furrowed, getting a better view of the gerbil. “Poor thing.” He commented to himself, pouting momentarily. “Anyway, I could leave this city, but I choose to stay because it’s my home. Yada yada all that other bs, but yeah, I’m not lookin’ to leave just because everything’s shit.” He shifted from the stool to actually sitting on the table top. “Lets unpack that last bit you just said there.” Sean crossed one leg over the other.
“Please,” Untroubled by what the news, Sean snickered into his half-empty rocks glass. “There’s nothin’ that happens in this city that I don’t hear about.” Which was true for the most part, he did have a few reliable sources throughout Gotham, but the amount of unreliable sources out numbered the good. Appearing giddy and nonchalant, still the thief tucked the information away just as a precaution.
