I was talking to my sister about how good women with *very* dark skin are at taking care of each other. It's super rare that I come across a girl with my complexion or darker and we don't say anything to each other (you're skin is beautiful, you're so pretty, etc.) or we exchange a complimentary look. The point is I'm super grateful for these women because I'm positive my self esteem would be shit if they didn't exist.
