Make sure to always double check your spelling and grammar in a Word Doc or ask a friend or colleague to check your posts in drafts prior to posting. Don't "ragret" your content choices later!

Your images speak as loudly as your words in advertising. Make sure your imagery not only fits your branding look and feel, but demonstrates to your target audience that this message is for them.
Not all #content is created equal...and the mentality that posting "something" is better than posting nothing does not create brand equity. Know your audience and learn what types of content they crave. And most importantly, make sure you are targeting the right audience for your message.
How you #message is just as important as what you message. There may be 10 or 20 ways to communicate that your service is on special, but how you phrase that message will have a huge impact on the purchasing behaviors of your audience. Make sure your brand has a "voice" and that your pages feel and sound like they are being managed by people not bots.
Have you ever checked out a #business page to learn more about them only to get there and be attacked by inspirational quotes? Or worse, get there and every post is a repeated sales message or the same event promotional link? And our personal favorite, you go to a page and see blurry incorrectly sized stock photos they stole from Google (illegal by the way!). Don't make these crappy content mistakes, have a messaging strategy that tells a story about who you are, what you do, and why we should interact with you. The best way to do it you ask? Make sure you are posting diverse styles of content!
When it comes to #socialmedia, not all content is good content. Utilizing Facebook's scheduling tool is a great way to plan your content ahead of time.
