Alright, listen, Doctor Who is my favorite show. My special interest, right (and I’m saying that as an autistic person), and I’m including classic who. I know so many facts about the daleks, I have the fourth doctors sonic, I have five dw books including a quote book. I love it, it’s amazing

The movie is honest-to-god awful. I cannot stand it.

I think the best way I can explain it is that it feels Americanized. They tried to set the Doctor up with a love interest with someone he literally met that day. There was some dumbassery going on with the Master, and there was something about the Doctor being half human. The whole thing just doesn’t make any sense. There’s just no way it makes sense canonically.

And the reason he regenerates. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it’s more dumb than the way the fourth regenerated into the fifth. He can see what’s going on outside the tardis on his monitor, and yet-?! Come on.

Not to mention it doesn’t even make sense unless you actually watch the show, which most people wouldn’t want to watch 26 seasons just to understand.

26! That’s just classic who!

Anyway, I’m really passionate about this, can you tell? If anyone’s willing, I will absolutely talk about this show for hours. Especially about the ninth and the fourth doctor and about the daleks.
