Infiltrate the charts?

Okay so I don’t think I need to explain how HUGE it would be for us to hit literally any number in the charts so I done some digging

To even stand a chance of charting we need to hit at least 450-500 sales - easy right? Lol no.

See we don’t have a label, or a manger, it’s just us and as much as we love the creative freedom that brings us it makes this part way more difficult because we don’t have the resources to access flashy promotion to pull in hundreds of thousands of viewers all we have is our passion and fighting spirit - and we have a shit tonne of that.

This is where we need YOU our amazing audience who is more like a family at this point, you have all of the power here

How can you help us?

So there’s a few ways

1) iTunes purchase - 1 purchase = 1 sale - most effective way to hit sales, for a couple £ you’ll get all 4 of our songs & also be actively supporting an independent band and a queer artist

2) streams! - 150 streams = 1 sale - if you can’t buy it don’t worry! You can help us for FREE by streaming it as much as possible (67500 total week 1 streams to chart from streams)

3) word of mouth - tell everyone that will listen about us, shout us from the roof tops (please don’t actually go on a roof that’s dangerous)

4) share our music around - post us to your social media, you don’t know who will see it and love it! Share us in fandom spaces especially! Everyone’s always looking for new music and what better way to find a whole group of people who like similar music 👀 (& tag us!)

5) TikTok - as much as it hurts TikTok is a goldmine for blowing up, we have a sound up there with the song on our profile, use it to make tiktoks and tag us !! ( dopamine.band )

6) have fun, make friends and enjoy the music - this is the most important part, yeah of course we want our careers to grow but we also want our FAMILY to grow, there’s no point in bringing in new fans if we can’t all enjoy it together

I honestly don’t know if we stand a chance here but I think with the right help and enough work we can pull it off so please if you can help just know you’re helping us, a little independent band from a tiny city nobody’s ever heard of make even a slight name for OURSELVES in a capitalistic driven industry.
