Dorayaki is one of Japanese snack and dessert, made of honey pancake sandwich with sweet red bean filling. BUT, this one is witch is made of Oreo pancake sandwich with oreo cream and cream cheese!  Enjoy ;)   

オレオどら焼きのレシピ動画です。巷では小麦粉を使わないレシピが主流ですが、小麦粉無しだと、どうもフワっと感が出ないので、このレシピでは少し小麦粉を加えてます。 こちらの方が"ふわもち"で美味いですよ(^^)
