“Okay,” a venom filled laugh left Rosalind’s lips as she fully turned to face the girl who just didn’t seem to get it. “Do you need me to use smaller words?”

“No! You don’t mean that!”
‘Yes! I do! I do mean that!’
Lu gasped and clutched a butterfly, turned to Lady Bulstrode a.k.a Dorcas a.k.a Dorcstrode (or perhaps Bullass? Now, that had drawn a giggle from them but it was a bit rude, wasn’t it?) and said: “Did you hear that! He means that!”
But-- Dorcstrode didn’t seem into the conversation as much as Lu was at all. Lu blinked. “Chérie, what’s wrong?” They knew it! They should’ve had a snack before taking a coupe of champagne!
A Misstep
Location: The Potter Estate - Living Room Time: January 1st, 1982 | Early Afternoon Status: Closed for @untamedmeadowes
Well... Severus couldn’t help but think as he placed himself down on an armchair in the living area of the Potter Estate. The morning had been quite eventful - warning those he could, while also trying to dismiss any suspicions about him. However, there was only so much he could do. To the others, it looked horrid. A wizard known for affiliations with the Death Eaters and the dark arts. All to be their ‘spy’ and be unable to warn them in time. Unable to properly detect the artifact and its capabilities. A misstep.
Sighing, Severus stared into the flames of the fireplace - not even looking up as he heard someone else enter the room.
