it took like 6.5 years but the party finally hit peak DnD last week- the bard (Dorian) seduced a drow priestess to avoid a fight. then, when he snuck out afterwards, the rest of the party decided to fireball her in her sleep for a clean getaway.
this has had a deleterious effect on Dorian's psyche

Rachel and I started a co-op BG3 playthrough, and I made Dorian as my Tav (the nose and ear choices were somewhat lacking, but we make do!), hence the BG3 bard starter outfit on a few of these. It’s not super far off from his own with the stripes and all, but I’m on the hunt for an accurate hat and long gloves 🫡

found my oldest drawings of him a few weeks back and was overwhelmed with love lol… his design has changed a bunch. this is just his desert campaign iteration too- I first imagined him as a bardlock acolyte with a fae patron and much simpler robes before I realized glamour bards were a thing and settled on his whole deal

// the party encounters a group of Duergar traders en route to Blingdenstone and try to pass themselves off as a ditzy Drow noble and his entourage of surface-dweller slaves out for one last taste of freedom before he’s married off and becomes a kept man (elf?).
Felix and Xyla are learning way more about life in Menzoberranzan on this trip through the Underdark than they’re frankly comfortable with.
