Every day you don't apply discipline voluntarily, you are accumulating a debt that will eventually be collected involuntarily — in stress, in regret, in the frantic scramble of a person who wasted years and is now trying to compress a decade of work into a few desperate months.
Discipline now is a choice. Discipline later is a sentence.
