Vinnie · What's my favorite...? There was this hill in the colony I grew up in, and it had the most worn down and broken tree you ever saw. It had probably eroded half out of the soil, cause it tipped so far over you could sit under its roots. I don't know. It was a nice view.

Outside a sterile research setting, Path will listen to anyone until they are proven to be a source of misinformation. Everyone's the same - who would lie to her? Even the filth under her blade gets some consideration, excepting for one [man].

To truly answer, though, there is no one Dr. Path trusts wholly like she does a stranger.

Path learned how to kill and how to hate the consequences in the same week. Isaac died in service to a god, his son.

She lives on guilty pleasures, impulse and barely hidden taboo. Her life centers around her curiosity, and she takes it out on the world.

"There are no guilty pleasures, only the opposing whims of rational action and guilt."

She will say 'neither' - don't forgive, don't forget, don't throw yourself upon the folly of man's emotion. She should start digging graves sooner rather than later, though, because eventually her petty tendency towards punitive injustice will bite her back.

29) What recurring dreams do they have?

Honey dripping slowly down a teacup's outer rim. Warmth, a body in the back, and Na chopping onions in the kitchen for dinner like acceptance. Honey pooling in the steep with a wet ring left on neat documentation. Blood on her teeth, indulgence, a debt to her paid and god, how it tastes,. Honey on her chin. Saturating the scar tissue. A liver on her plate that pulses, freely given, devoted, and She smiles across the table scarlet and sweet.

30) What would they do if they knew it would be forgiven?
