Can we all just talk for a minute about what a great tv show Doubt is? Not just is Laverne Cox a goddess, no the entire cast is great and I’m really in love with the whole show.
Time After Time was cancelled after only 5 episodes aired. It was immediately dropped and no more episodes will even be aired.
Doubt was cancelled after only two episodes. After two episodes it was axed and no more episodes will be aired.
Why even bother watching shows when they air if they’re just going to get cancelled? Don’t tv networks realize they are just shooting themselves in the foot by axing shows so quickly? With so many options why should people even give currently airing tv shows a chance if they haven’t been renewed? Why even watch the pilot if it could be gone within two episodes?
I’ve reached a point that I won’t watch a show unless I know it’s been cancelled or renewed. It’s not worth it to go into a new show hoping for the best only for it to be axed suddenly. At least if you know beforehand if it’s been renewed or cancelled you can go into the show with reasonable expectations and try not to get too attached.
Cameron Wirth (Laverne Cox) Doubt (2017)
I hate reality.–I think he[their client]’s 21. Sitting in a cell, feeling like his whole life is probably over. When I was 21, I thought the same thing. I felt like everything was hopeless, like I’d never have the things in life that I wanted. But I was wrong. Because I got to turn 22 and 23 and 24. 25, that was rough. Thank god, bless year 26. [What happened at 26?] Everything. I started working for Isaiah, I transitioned, I inherited my grandma’s rent controlled one bedroom. Life got good .

Ok, so I’m rewatcing Doubt and it just clicked with me who Isaiah was talking about with Sadie at the end and oh wow
Okay, well, you want to know what I think? I think that you are cracking under pressure and you are making stupid, rash decisions, and you are taking it out on me and...
