I think Stolitz would be a very interesting ship if the show had allowed Stolas to be a bad lover/fuckbuddy/person.

It seems he's only ever had a relationship with Stella, forced on him when he was a child, so it makes sense that he wouldn't know what a normal healthy relationship is like. This could also explain the 'deal' he made with Blitz. He could think it's normal to make deals like that, because Paimon made a 'deal' with Stella's family to make Stolas marry Stella. It's what he grew up with. It is what he thinks is normal.

Instead, the writer's/vivziepop seem to want to write all of Stolas' mistakes and flaws away, pretending they never happened, which I personally hate so much. They barely let him apologise, and when he does, he is immediately forgiven (see: Octavia forgiving him in Loo Loo Land and that episode with the stars). With the other shitty things, it's almost never addressed again, or they pretend like it's not his fault at all because Stolas is a '''''poor uwu baby bird'''''.

It's just so frustrating to see the potential of this ship flushed down the drain.
