To the guy at the gym who kept loudly dropping his weights:

Either you are intentionally choosing weights which are too heavy for you (bad form) trying to be impressive and are, as a result, abusing the equipment.

Or you are purposefully dropping the weights to try and look impressive because of what a big, heavy sound they make and are, as a result, abusing the equipment.

Either way you are impressing no one and annoying everyone.

Also I'm fairly sure it was the 2nd option because the minute I left the area you were suddenly capable of gently lowering the weights to the floor.
