13. Downburst Scud is Fleet Folly's father. His special talent is related to cloud farming. He is often ill as he has an undiagnosed autoimmune disease and Equestria does not yet have the knowledge to treat it. Equestria has also not yet developed weather factories and thus relies on cloud farmers. He lives along the norther boarder of Equestria with his wife.
