Well I can’t believe it, but as requested have dismantled and removed art exhibition equipment and lighting, studio and meeting spaces, art and equipment storage that the ideaxfactory has developed for the community over the last six and half years. We have returned 351 N. Boonville to it original condition. Except - there’s the two brand new ADA restrooms, kitchenette, mop room, double doors to a new outdoor patio with wheelchair ramp and new grass lawn we had built with grant money and donations. Hope someone appreciates those nice contributions we added since the city planning department now plans on using it for office space.
