[Facility Rules]
(Monolepre, now in a secret PA room, begins speaking into the microphone.)
[Monolepre:] Attention Students, I am here to state the rules you shall and will be following during your time at the Fujioka futuristics and technologies institute. As of now you all are currently on the top floor. Now, let me go over the many rules. Rule one: please destroy or refrain from destroying any property. Doing so will result in a punishment. Rule two, nighttime is between 10pm and 7am. Certain areas of the school will be off limits during this time. And no running water will be found during that period. Rule three, you may only exit the facility through means of winning the killing game, through either reaching the games end state through the five trials or killing someone and getting away with it. Rule four, certain motivations and limitations may be put in place to encourage participation. New rules may come them. They must be followed like any other rule would. Rule four, if a killing happens, a class trial will take place shortly after, but an investigation period will take place before. If the blackened is correctly identified during a trial, they will be executed. However if they win, all other students will he executed and the blackened will be released. Rule five, the blackened may kill only two people throughout the game. More rules may be announced in the future, thank you. Goodbye.
