made some more small positive steps in the past week. but now i have to go to the dr’s next friday and possibly have a smear test. ugh. my anxiety has been rly rly bad lately and this doesn’t help. but i will make myself do this. i know i can. step by step i will achieve and hopefully it will be worth it (with all things i am trying to do for myself.) also, has anyone had their cervical smear test? is it as bad as it sounds?
