It had taken no small amount of bargaining to get here, and Will was patently, viscerally aware that he would only have this chance once. This moment, once. It was dank and cool in the cage-foyer. Like it’d been carved out of ice and then papered over. The chill was at the back of his neck as he stepped out of his own dunk-tank, eyes anchored steeply on Dr. Gideon’s as the orderly let the other’s door swing open ajar and then walked away. Gideon was largely inscrutable, but Will could detect the hint of curiosity, and the edges of that curiosity foxed with a certain fear. Whether it was of Will, however, or of some larger conspiracy orchestrated by other minds, that he couldn’t tell.
He kept his anger abated, trapped behind his teeth, though as if to show it was there, snarling behind the bars, he bared them for a moment before he spoke, approaching Gideon slowly. ‘We’re alone, Dr. Gideon,’ Will hummed, ‘in case you’re concerned about being overheard. Though, that’s not what you ought to be concerned about…’ He approached the door now; stopped with his face inches from the slightly open frame, to tilt his head, serpentine, around it and stare at Gideon eye-to-eye, with no protective bars between them. He could not have Dr. Gideon thinking that he had lost his mind - that would be giving the doctor ground - and if he had learned anything useful from Hannibal Lecter, it was how to cover up one’s true nature. ‘I need something from you.'
@dr-abel-gideon found the songbird;
“You were one of my father’s friends?”
The question comes from the young lecter’s lips, the term friend used rather loosely. She was well aware of his place in the world, of the things he had done. Knowledge had come with age, and the breeding of her own darkness which she had yet to fully understand. Eyes focus in on Abel, her arms crossing in a casual manner just beneath her chest. Her head cocked slightly to the right.
* MOTHERLY CARE FLEES HER . She’s anger on heels . She’s been this way before , when the first attack on sleeping Saviors had occurred , Lisa had voiced her thought to take care of the leader first . A coward that murdered men in their sleep deserved a violent death and her opinion still holds firm .

”I know it’s you...” Alana spoke loudly, her voice firing out into the dark night, through the hissing winter wind. She stood with her feet planted firmly in the doorframe of her back patio door, her arms outstretched pointing the gun that Will had given her. Dr. Gideon had been missing from the Baltimore State Hospital For The Criminally Insane, and while out on his ventures, had been targeting his previous therapists. As someone who offered council Dr. Gideon at this request, Alana was likely on his target list.
“Show yourself!” she called again out into the blackness of her yard. Applesauce had alerted her to the intruder, Alana mentally patted herself on the back for adopting the dog. Maybe it wasn’t Abel Gideon, but Alana was going to be prepared no matter what. She pulled back the hammer on the gun with her thumb, and waited for a response.

“Hum....that depends Doctor, can we go some place besides here?” Piper asked him with a little, amused smile.
The coffee machine rumbled cheerfully as its dark brew trickled into the pot. The smell wove itself into the other scents of bacon grease and eggs, which made her stomach growl even more. Haven had pulled her hair up into a messy bun and was mid-pancake flip when she heard footsteps.
“Mornin’... I made breakfast.”

Poor Ardelia. Nearly entirely ignored. Her and her jerked chicken.
I wish there was an Ardelia to do a post Hannibal thread with
