Brennan and hodgins have such a big sister little brother relationship. Like in the buried alive episode, and the one where they made an herbal remedy together for arastoo. He looks at her with such admiration in a lot of scenes. He deeply respects her and she adores him.

Bones totally missed the opportunity to have Booth catch Sweets watching Angel while he was living with Booth and Bones.

*Booth is standing behind the couch while Sweets it totally ingrossed in the episode. The current episode is showing a fight scene where Angel shows his vampire face*

Booth: “Sweets, what the hell are you watching?”

Sweets: “Oh, it’s this great show about-“

Booth: “You know what? I don’t care.”

Sweets: “Come on Booth, don’t be like that! Come on, this guy even looks like you!”

Booth: “Nah, I don’t see it.”

*Bones walks by while getting ready or picking up toys*

Bones: “No...that man is much younger.”

Booth: “Gee, thanks Bones- you calling me old now?”

Bones: “No, I’m just saying...” (and she continues to go on in her typical way until someone’s phone rings and they have a body)
