fucked up and evil
AU where Ghostbur and Tommy are clones of the Phantom Hero, Wilbur, and the Crow Hero, Philza. Clones created by some Evil Scientist, gonna use Dr. Malpractice, wanting power and such. But the two are considered "failed" clones due to the fact that they are not complete replicas. I.E, Tommy does not have wings, and Ghostbur is more Phantom than Wilbur.
So, when a ransack on Dr. Malpractice's base happens, Malpractice leaves the two Clones behind, only to be found by two very, very confused heroes.
