I have a number of mods which had been unpublished either because I consider them too low-effort to justify a full release, are works in progress, or otherwise aren't available elsewhere for some other reason. I figured it may be a good idea to put them all under one SFS folder (lovingly called 'Drabbles'). This folder will likely be updated over time. For any mod help for files from 'Drabbles', it's best to DM me on here. Conflicts and any (very unlikely) updates to the mods themselves will remain on this post.
Mod list and link under the cut!
River Effect Texture Default
Replaces the texture of the hidden river effect with a prettier one. Also modifies the CRES slightly so the effect slot is lowered in an effort to produce a nicer effect. This effect is pretty temperamental overall so your mileage may vary, but you can make some neat things with it.
Random Alien Abduction Pregnancy Chance
Tiny mod I made for some peeps since I couldn't find anyone else that had done it. Comes in three flavours (adult men only, adult women only, all adult sims - use only one in your game) instructions on modifying the odds included in the .txt file (the default is 100%, i.e. same as Maxis). It edits Function 'Get Out - Make Pregnant' 0x100B in group 0x7FB1E9C7 and will conflict with any mods that do the same. Requires FT or higher.
No Aspiration Chemistry Penalty
Pretty much what it says on the tin, because I didn't like having to prod Romance Sims into relationships they clearly had little chemistry in. Edits a global BCON so that no Aspiration pair has a penalty to chemistry. Chemistry buffs from Aspiration pairs are retained (such as Family x Family). Completely tunable to your liking - the title simply refers to the default setting. You can make it so all Aspirations hate each other if you so wish. More details in the ReadMe. Requires NL or higher.
Tweaked Gussy Up
A version of christianlov’s Gussy Up that edits the ‘Buy Clothing’ interaction. It will now always prompt you to Plan Outfit, even if you don’t buy any clothes, allowing you to Gussy Up two Sims on the same lot with the same outfit for example. It will also prompt you with the above checkbox if you X out of ‘Plan Outfit’, allowing you to prematurely exit the chain (if you just wanted to nix a townie’s ugly Everyday).
It is based off of midgethetree’s version, so it is updated for BV and Seasons.
Fairy Light Killer
This object goes under General/Miscellaneous, it is a white box with a blue :0 face. Made this for my own use about a year back. You can either delete all fairy lights on the lot, delete them all and be reimbursed for their wholesale price or delete them all and be reimbursed for their depreciated price. The object will output a message when done. As an alternative to this mod, you may also be interested in Midge's Seasonal Lights. Requires BV or higher?
Clean UI-inspired In-Game Loading Screens
Putting this here temporarily until I finish my Clean UI add-on project. Replaces a number of in-game loading screens with static images as shown below. They're not 100% perfect, but they're good enough for my game. Some loading screens are still as of yet unmodifiable, notably 'Load Family Lot' (I strongly believe it's possible though, I posted a bit on it if interested). Made for an all-EP game configuration.
Note: Loading Uni Hood screen not as buggy as it appears on the preview! ^^;;

All of the above mods are available for download at this Sim File Share folder.
So on Amphibia. We saw the opening for S3. The Plantars are gonna be in the human world. Cool!
HOWEVER, I, personally, do not even want to CONSIDER seeing S3 if there isn’t at least one scene where they meet regular frogs. There’s no human equivalent to humans in Amphibia! But there’s two different kinds of frogs!
I want to see them have an existential crisis. I want to see Sprig gathering as many tiny frogs as he can and making a horde and begging Hop Pop to bring them back to their world. I want to see Polly bullying the regular tadpoles because she’s superior to them. I want to see Hop Pop having a staring contest with a fat toad before the toad blinks and he freaks out. I want to see S3 to go absolutely off the rails.
Call Me (wounded character), followed by Nurse Me?
CHIMMY I DIDN’T FORGET! Just… been super tough on trying to write anything, BUT I GOT SOMETHING!
This was like the fourth time starting and restarting it, hahaha
Call Me
After almost a decade living on the coast, Cullen felt nostalgic for the sea breeze. The thought banished when the front door opened and another gust of wind threw his entire desk into disarray.
He growled as his quill punctured the parchment but when he looked up to see the bard, he forgot the paperwork. Leliana’s neutral expression added gravity to her step as she strode over to his desk. She handed a small rolled up piece of paper to Cullen. “Commander, I need a swift escort for the Mother to get to our fortifications in Crestwood without delay.”
Cullen’s stomach fell. The Inquisitor had left for Caer Bronach a week before to tie up some loose ends, and the note confirmed his fears. Send a healer, the dragon doth protest too much.
The script had Dorian’s typical flare, though the message felt grossly understated.
“The dragon?! That was her loose end?” Leliana shrugged, though her eyes belied some concern.
“The dragon has made rebuilding the area almost impossible. Mother Giselle is ready to leave when her escort is ready.”
Cullen crumpled the paper and tossed it to his desk. “Then let us not delay.”

Nurse Me
Thump. Aeryn gasped as she woke, the flutter of dragon wings slamming her into the ground echoing in her dream. Consciousness brought her of the pain of living as she moved her arm, wrapped but still tender from the break.
“Shhh, lie still.” It took her a moment, the dark room and single candle, the warm hand on her unbandaged arm. She slumped back against the pillow as she saw the Commander’s concern. “Cullen, what-”
“Mother Giselle has been tending your wounds. They were pretty severe when they brought you here.”
“What about Dorian?” The lightning deafened, cracked and the spray of warm blood on her cheek had been Dorian’s, as she saw him jerk and twist from the dragon’s breath. “Is he alright?”
Leather creaked and groaned as Cullen shifted his position, closer to Aeryn on the bed. “Yes, he’s alright. Mostly electrical burns, the same as Cassandra. But you bore the brunt of the beast’s anger. Cole gained it’s attention long enough for the Seeker to pull you and Dorian free, and then made haste for the village.”
The tension in her frame eased, and as she relaxed back into the bed, she groaned. “Maker’s Balls, I hurt.”
A mug of spiced liquid presented itself, and Aeryn took it from the Commander. “Thank you. Wait, if you’re here, who’s leading the troops back at Skyhold?” The drink tasted foul, the spices hardly covering up whatever tonic the Mother had her on, but the mug covered her flushing face.
Seeing Cullen here, while she lay in disarray, most likely looking like death warmed over, did little for her vanity. Though the warmth of his hand brushed her arm again, and she got goosebumps.
“Mother Giselle needed an escort. Considering the circumstances, I needed to be here.”
Aeryn glanced over to see Cullen staring at his hand, but he looked up, caught her staring, and smiled.
Breathe caught for a moment before she said, “Well I guess I’ll have to try my hand at it again some time. If it’ll get you out of the castle….”
