I went with some family to watch the baskethball movie Goat yesterday

I came in expecting to not like it and I got flashbanged for it

I was not expecting to like this movie as much as I ended up liking it

Anyways after watching it I decided to turn this social media-huffing no doubt steroid-infused hornless minotaur named ‘Mane Attraction’ into a dragon:

Anyways onto the description

This incredibly muscular, roughly elephant-sized dragon has so many horse-like attributes that if you told someone that this creature was a horse that partook in the blood of an ancient dragon and thus became one, they would have a hard time not believing you. In fact, its head looks like it was removed from a horse’s body and placed onto the body of a dragon. While its metallic scales are predominantly silver in color and catch the light in such a way that makes it look as though it shines like a precious jewel, a crisscross network of black scales covers its torso and waist. This network becomes dense enough at its waist that it makes the dragon’s waist look almost like it’s made of obsidian. Its feet, on the other hand, are cloven hooves like those of a deer or elk, and the hooves themselves are predominantly black with red lines that are arranged in such a way that the hooves almost look like they’re made of some kind of rock. Its forelegs are covered in precious metals like gold and silver as well as precious gemstones, and these metals appear to have been melted and then applied to its forelegs and the gems pressed into the metals as they cooled. It has ten long, thin and almost gazelle-like horns that look like they’re made of polished onyx. Each of these horns can be positioned independently to convey emotions.

Its breath weapon is a geyser of molten rock, and when the dragon prepares its breath weapon, the scales on its torso quite literally glow red with heat.

Watched the Backrooms movie yesterday and I just HAD to describe this deformed menace to society as a dragon.

WARNING! BACKROOMS MOVIE SPOILERS BELOW!!

This dragon, from a distance, looks somewhat normal. It also appears to be wearing the garb of a stereotypical pirate or sailor (though the clothes are atypically colored, being mostly yellow with cyan arms, black pants and a violet sash tied around its waist and held in place by a large belt), including a peg leg replacing its back left leg from the knee down and a tricorn hat. It’s only when you get closer when you realize that it is less of a dragon and more an amateurish copy of one. Its head is noticeably deformed, with one of its eyes sitting higher on its head than the other one, which is in a normal position. It also doesn’t just have one row of teeth, but two, with the first set of teeth looking as though the teeth came from various dragon species and the back set looking as though the teeth came from just about every other kind of animal except for dragons. Its nose also has around four extra nostrils than normal. Its neck is longer than normal and appears to have multiple broken/misaligned sections. Its torso is similarly long, but without any broken sections of spine. The clothes it appeared to be wearing at first are not in fact clothing, but instead fused to the creature’s body. Its front right leg looks as though it was dislocated and then put back in the wrong place, as it is noticeably higher up on its torso than its front left leg. Speaking of which, all of its limbs are of varying lengths. The three feet it does have are more noticeably deformed, with unnaturally long toes and extra digits sprouting out of various locations, including from other joints in the toes. A few of these toes are decorated with cheap plastic-looking rings, but these rings appear to be fused to the creature’s body as well. Its wings are a similar story, though they look almost as though their growth was stunted at various points, and the wing membranes are so torn up that the creature is incapable of flying or even gliding. It appears to have no feeling in its tail, as said tail drags limply and uselessly behind it.

The creature walks with a noticeable limp in its back right leg. Its breath weapon is a swath of unnaturally grey fire, though its usage appears to cause the creature a significant amount of discomfort. However, if it sees something living, grey embers and toxic black smoke wafts out of its mouth and nose with every breath it takes.

This dragon, though clearly about a quarter as big as most other dragons, being about the size of a car, its peculiar adaptations make it obvious that if it were any bigger, it wouldn’t be nearly as mobile. Its scales are predominantly light purple in color, though the scales on and below its waist are navy blue in color. On its head, where horns would usually sit is instead a hardened bony dome à la the Pachycephalosaurus that the creature uses to break through particularly soft patches of bark on the trees it inhabits to look for the insects it eats. Most notable are its feet, the tip of its tail and its wings. The scales on these parts of its body are red, and on the underside of the tip of its tail, on the tips of its wing fingers and on its feet are pads of highly specialized hairs similar in function to the setae of geckoes. These hairs allow the dragon to stick to just about any surface and are so strong that they can support the dragon’s entire body weight even if it hangs from the bottom of a branch using only the hairs on the tip of its tail. Another thing to note about its wings is that while they are clearly useless for powered flight, it can use them to glide and even slow its descent if it happens to fall.

Its breath weapon is a highly concentrated cloud of some sort of gas that attracts insects, which are the dragon’s only source of sustenance.

The design I came up with for this guy is very much inspired by how @shpepyao draws Phillippe. And seriously @shpepyao’s design for Phillippe is legit badass imo

Anyway onto describing the creature

I hope you like this @yourfavouritecharactersasdragons because I decided to pour as little effort as possible into this

This bizarre creature almost looks like a white-scaled, six-limbed dragon with a bronze-colored underbelly, two large red dots on its shoulders and a cloud of thick fog surrounding it when looked at from far away. It’s only when you get closer to it when you realize that the creature isn’t a dragon at all, and the ‘fog’ that always surrounds it is instead a cloud of hallucinogenic spores. The off-white ‘skin’ and ‘flesh’ of the dragon is an enormous fungal network that grew around the skeleton of a dragon, taking a shape similar to how the dragon looked in life sans the wings. In fact, the bleached bones of said deceased dragon are exposed in some areas, especially the feet (teeth and sharp bones repurposed as claws) and the back half of the tail. Various species of pale, deadly fungi (particularly the death cap) grow from its back, and they contribute to the production of the cloud of spores that surround it. Wherever its body makes contact with the ground, mycelial filaments extend from its body and into the soil, though these filaments recede whenever it gets up from rest, lifts up its feet or takes flight. Its underside, on the other hand, is instead the rusting and rusty remnants of the armor and weapons of would-be dragon slayers as well as the armor of their horses, all of it being held against its body as both protection and as trophies. The two large dots, instead of being pigmented spots on its body, more closely resemble the tops of the fruiting bodies of the fly agaric.

Its head is very similar in shape to the head of a shark, with four large eyes (the lower pair is smaller than the upper pair) sitting on either side of its head. Two appendages resembling the antennae of male mosquitoes or certain moths sprout from between its two larger eyes and function mainly as sensory organs (mainly for smell and touch), but can be used for expressing emotion due to their placement. The mouth, meanwhile, extends almost all the way down the neck. The teeth all look uneven and even look as though they grew in various sizes at first glance, but close inspection reveals them to be various sharp objects (knives, broken sword blades, sharpened rocks, sharpened sticks, broken bones, pieces of metal, etc.) that have been jammed into clods of earth, with both being held in place with particularly strong mycelia.

The wings of the dragon do not resemble the wings of bats, but instead resemble the wings of certain species of moths (think the Death's-head hawkmoth) when at rest. However, when extended, they more resemble the wings of butterflies, if almost entirely white in color. The underside of its wings are covered in structures that resemble the lamellae of certain species of fungus and are the main source of the cloud of spores that surrounds the creature. The front two pairs of legs resemble the legs of actual dragons, but the back pair of limbs more resemble pale versions of the trunks of trees, and the ‘feet’ of these limbs resemble the buttress roots of certain species of tropical trees.

Its breath weapon is a voluminous cloud of a toxic variant of the same hallucinogenic spores that surround the creature, with those who breathe in these spores describing, to put it charitably, nightmarish visions of the underworld before expiring. On some occasions, the corpses of those who breathe in these spores will reanimate and travel to open areas where they will then expire again, and the fungus growing within will emerge from the corpses. This phenomenon creates short-lived ‘fungal gardens’, and while the rather disturbing-looking mushrooms spawned by these gardens are poisonous if eaten, they are otherwise harmless and will die off after a week or two.

This... entity is one that appears to have taken the form of a dragon when it arrived on our world. It less resembles a living creature and more like an animate 'hole' in reality. From every angle you look at it from, you can see countless stars, almost as if the being is a piece of the night sky that came to life. On its 'chest' where the heart should be is a four-pointed... nebula? Dying star? You can't really describe what it is. In the place of a head, there is instead a miniature galaxy similar in size to a car. Two disembodied eyes float above it, spinning around each other when the creature is idle. When it spreads its 'wings' you can see many different star clusters, nebulae and galaxies where the wing membranes should be.

Its 'breath weapon' is a highly concentrated beam of gamma rays that are so powerful that all life within five feet of the beam is outright disintegrated.

This construct is clearly designed to resemble a dragon-adjacent creature (a drake to be specific). The majority of its body is comprised of gold. Its torso is covered in a black, burlap-like fabric that is painted in white on its torso and wrists. The cloth on its back legs are painted in a manner similar to a rainbow. Where the head should be sits what appears to be a cuckoo clock with two separate clocks in the clock face itself, giving off the impression of eyes. These clocks tell the day of the month (left) and the month of the year (right). When the clock strikes twelve, it makes a chiming noise and the automated bird inside it (which resembles and sounds similar to a Gouldian finch) is extended until the chimes which count what hour it is have passed. A long, golden chain emerges from the back of the clock, and it can be pulled to reset the time.

It has no breath weapon, because why would a clock need such a thing?

Been getting back into Dave the Diver after not playing it for a couple of years. And while I was playing it, I got reminded of why I loved Bancho so I started to write him a dragon form…

…until I realized that the Ichiban's Holiday Content Pack basically did it for me

However, I wanted to write down some extra details for this dragon version of Bancho anyways

Typically wears a gigantic light blue kimono with a red strip of cloth tied around where the back legs should be (he doesn’t have them) and only stops wearing it when going into battle

Breath weapon is a gust of fire that starts as orange but turns to a magenta color, though this is strictly used in cooking

If you see his eyes while he’s not wearing glasses, you die on the spot. Some things are so beautiful that no normal human can witness it without suffering a fatal brain hemorrhage.

This creature looks like a pile of scrap electronics that was given sentience and took the form of a dragon over time. While most of its body is covered in custom-made clothing that makes the dragon look somewhat like a puzzle-themed game show host, the areas that aren't covered are its head, neck, feet and tail. Its neck and tail are made of what looks like hundreds of electrical cables of various types, including fiber-optic cables, and its tail is tipped with an electrical plug clearly meant to be plugged into a wall. Its 'feet' are made of various pieces of electronics held together with more cables, but its 'hands' look vaguely like gloves and its back left leg appears to have been taken from some sort of mech. Its head, on the other hand, is composed of seven different televisions of various makes, from CRT to LCD. Each of these televisions display something different, but when the entity is idle, the things these televisions display is typically either bizarre, unsettling, incomprehensible, attempting to convey some sort of meaning or all four. When it does speak, it does so via splicing together various parts of TV shows to form words. However, when angered, this attempt at communication becomes difficult to parse (think something similar to this). On the back of its head, instead of horns, there sits various TV antennae and satellite dishes meant for receiving TV signals.

Its 'breath weapon', if you can really call it that, is a strobe-like series of flashes from all of its TVs at once accompanied by a loud interference sound.
