I'm trying to look up symbols, ideas, personifications etc of the idea/state/what have you of "Oblivion". {Not Lethe which sounds more like everything that you remember, felt, lived etc. is erased. I'm talking about it got destroyed, and it's 'there' sort of deal.}

all i'm getting is the movie and the elder scrolls game. GOOGLE YOU HAVE FAILED ME!!!

Or yeah again, i don't know what i'm doing. 

EDIT: ... Using the correct TERM probably would have helped. Apparently i was using Oblivion as a synonym for "destroyed" when it just means utterly forgotten or mentally withdrawn. 

... why do i torture myself with trying to write again when i obviously fail as the basic level of it?
