From New California to the Commonwealth, wastelanders are boosting their Charisma with just two caps and a little careful crafting! Though this trend's hotter than the Mojave, some skeptics are encouraging their fashion-forward counterparts to consider the price of their ears before... putting a price on their ears.
These two sets of unisex earrings are custom recolors of meshes from @the-crypt-o-club and @lizziksims, using textures from the Fallout games and official Bethesda merch. The meshes are required for the recolors to show up!
Both sets have 2 Sunset Sarsaparilla designs, and 17 Nuka Cola designs— the Crypt O' Club earrings have a silver swatch and a gray swatch for each design, as well as an extra Nuka Cola design, while the Lizziksims earrings have an additional blue star swatch for each Sunset Sarsaparilla design. They also have custom thumbnails, and should show up next to the original items!
This is a CC finds blog centered around occult-focused CAS content that is unisex, compatible with multiple frames, pride content, or which seems fitting for GNC, androgynous, or nonbinary Sims, because trans and GNC sims deserve to be just as fantastical as everybody else.
Reblogged CC will fall under one of the following categories:
Stated to be unisex in its post, or has an opposite frame version I have also reblogged
Not stated to be unisex, but tested in my own game and determined to have no frame restrictions (while still looking good)
Not be unisex, but be explicitly GNC/trans friendly CC modelled for a certain frame (such as dresses for the masculine frame, or binders for the feminine frame)
Not be unisex, but be explicitly pride-themed CC, or CC which helps portray a disability
Tags, messaged posts, and requests to find a certain type of CC are always welcome! If you're looking for general CC, please check out @gncc.
In order to organize some common requests, you can find an FAQ below the cut.
Do you have a tag directory?
Yes! You can find it here.
How can I get rid of the breasts on female sims, or add them to male sims?
There's a cheat in the base game to do this!
With "testingcheats true" and "cas.fulleditmode on" enabled, go into live mode and set the sim you want to change as your active sim. Then, use "traits.equip_trait trait_Breasts_ForceOff" to remove breasts, or "traits.equip_trait trait_Breasts_ForceOn" to add breasts. Open the sim in CAS, and the changes should be made!
Note that this is fully reversible. It also does not stop sims from wearing the default underwear of their set gender. It doesn't effect the frame or gender permissions of clothing.
Are there any essential CAS sliders you'd recommend?
I will always recommend the Female Chest Depth/Width Slider, because— while it's a nice slider to have in general— masculine-framed female sims lack a chest width slider, which masculine-framed male sims have. This slider helps make more consistent body changes across the genders/frames.
For my own purposes, I get a lot of use out of the Thicc King & Queen Jaw Sliders, the Adams Apple Slider, the Shoulder Shape Slider, and the Experimental Presets & Sliders. I use a lot more presets and such in my own game, but I think these ones are specifically useful in creating diverse sims and working around some limitations of vanilla TS4.
My ask was never answered, did Tumblr eat it?
Maybe, but probably not. At several points I have taken sudden hiatuses with this blog, or not been able to answer a request right away— it feels awkward to try to answer when too much time has passed, so I unfortunately don't really get around to some of them.
Please, always feel free to send a second ask if I haven't responded in a week or so! Very specific requests I may just be trying to find something for, but if it's something smaller I've probably just forgotten or put it off too long.
hello!! this blog is wonderful and im really grateful for the work u do here. i was wondering if you might be able to help me find something, or at least point me in the right direction? totally fine if this isnt something you do ofc. im looking for a long, simple, plain white dress for masc frames with a high neckline and large, flowing sleeves. thats super specific ik but ive been looking everywhere (already looked through most of the dresses on this blog for one) and i havent found anything like it.
Hello! I'll keep an eye out for something like this, but for now I have a few in my mods folder that might work as a placeholder.
The Ancient Greece Stuff Pack has this plain dress with wide sleeves.
The Dusk Dress has flowy but cuffed sleeves and, even though it has a deep neckline, it pairs well with accessory tops to imitate a higher one.
And the Myrtle Dress has slightly less voluminous sleeves than the Dusk Dress, but comes with a higher neckline.
While Incarnal Sims takes a week-long break, what better time to catch up or get started on reading it?
Incarnal Sims is a medieval era storytelling blog, set in an alternate history/original setting. The primary story is the Iagaris Legacy, centering on the noble Iagaroi family, and beginning during a period of upheaval for siblings Loukas, Falkon, and Ariadne.
The Iagaris Legacy can be read chronologically here, or via embedded links starting from the first post here. It updates every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 2pm PST.
Boosts of this promo are greatly appreciated! Thank you for reading!!
How common are superheroes and how normalized are they?
Superpowers themselves are extremely common. While it's far more common to see individuals who were born with powers, rather than gained them through an extreme event, the vast majority of individuals with powers either have largely undetectable or mundane powers. Slightly heightened reflexes or slightly greater stamina are far more commonplace than dramatic abilities like elemental manipulation, psionic abilities, altered physiology, or even standards like flight or "super" strength.
Superheroes, however, are far rarer. Among the few superpowered (or otherwise enhanced) vigilantes who exist, even fewer earn the goodwill and status required to have them lauded as "superheroes." But in most countries, to be a vigilante, regardless of reputation, is to be a criminal; under no circumstances are private citizens or individuals permitted to take the law into their own hands, especially when they put the property and lives of others at risk. Still, many people think that vigilantes are the only solution to stopping superpowered criminals, and even keeping law enforcement itself in check.
The U.S. government would, of course, prefer that vigilantes never garner the support that labels them as superheroes, and consequently makes efforts to arrest them difficult as individuals will come together to protect these "heroes" and protest their potential unmasking. Even movies seem to portray more righteous government taskforces and villainous vigilantes than they do independent, superpowered heroes, and public opinion on the necessity and morality of vigilantism can become a hot topic even in the most neutral of discussions- such as ones regarding their portrayal in the media.
Talk to the right people, and it might not be hard to feel as if no one wants superheroes, or everyone wants superheroes. But keep in mind that, on either side, you'll certainly find superpowered individuals, and it's best to remember that the group is by no means a monolith.
