hey guys kinda weird question but if any of y'all happen to draw on pc with a tablet what software is good for beginners im stupid and don't really understand some just have too much buttons

Whille drawing on my pc, I always forget to blink
I blink but not enough times
My eyes hurt
Do you have any tip for me that I blink more or that my eyes don't get this dry?
For outlining, I make my screen darker, but for the color not since I need to see the colors right.
