I’m so humbled by this. I really have to learn how to be patient and be still and wait on God’s hand to move in my life. I truthfully don’t deserve any of the relationships I have right now, but God is so gracious and merciful, that He gave me wonderful friends and family anyway. Thank you for reminding me to sit back.

I feel incredibly single right now. An awareness of the fact that there is no one to lay next to me while I sleep, to share my life with so completely that we become a part of each other. I know this season is important, but... Boy, is it a struggle to stay content without you - wherever you are.

What kind of brushes do you use when you paint watercolor? Do you sketch it in pencil first?

When I started, I didn’t use pencil, but I did start sketching on the umbrella painting with a nice graphite pencil.

Regarding brushes, I don’t use any expensive brushes! I just use round, fine tipped brushes for lettering. I wish I could give you a more knowledgable answer, but I just started. Haha!
