How did Frisk react when Chara was revived? How did Chara react? Was there a crushing hug?
Chara was revived at the exact place where they were buried. So they had to crawl out from there. Which wasn't the most pleasant awakening, as you can imagine.
They spent the first minutes of their second life retching, learning to breathe again and coughing dirt from their respiratory system, eyes watering and with the feeling they were suffocating and drowning.
Frisk... when they understood what was happening, helped dig them out. They hugged Chara as soon as they were able, but Chara wasn't exactly ready and wouldn't accept a touch, it had to be expected. Then when they could breathe a little more normally, Frisk helped them stand, walk and find them some water to drink. They kept close, never leaving their side.
The hugs would come somehow, though.

Arcee- about... 40 years at this point? So not too long.
Miko- 40 years!?!?!
Arcee- yeah.
Miko- that's so long, are you kidding???
Arcee- a sparkling hasn't even left the blob stage after 40 years, it's not that long.
Spike- Miko, they live a really long time, remember? My dad's worked with them since the early 2000's. I think Mr.Fowler has been with them since the 80's.
Miko- holy shit.
Spike- hey, language! What if Illusion and Hot Rod hear?
Miko- Arent they like, thousands of years old.
Spike- They're still children! We shouldn't cuss around them!
Arcee- My first english word was Fuck.
Miko- YEAAAAAH!!
