I think I just killed my legs day." 😂 Thank you Zali & Elvina for spotting & recording. _______________________________ Killer legs workout/ bootybuster: (Each superset is 12-15 reps, 3 sets) Superset1 - KB front full squats + Alternate leg jumps on Bosu Superset2 - Glute bridges/hip thrusters on smith's machine 20kg + DB bench step ups (own named lol!) Straight-sets: (Each Straight-sets are 15reps. 3sets, increasing weights) Set1 - Donkey-kicks on smith's machine & bench (broke my PR: last set 15kg 8reps.) Set2 - Weighted lunges on smith's machine (maintain weight, 4th set is burnset/failure set) Set3 - Inclined leg press (superset closed feet & wide) (40-80-120kg's, 3rd set burnset). 4th set leg press was 240kg's💢💥!! From intending to do only 1RM became 4RM which got me screaming almost every rep. Broke another PR TONIGHT! Say what?
