After getting Meg’s last text message, he typed the address into his GPS and turned off the Uber app. He was done for the night. Especially if he was going to be drinking. And lucky he didn’t have to be at the shop tomorrow. So he could be doing this all night with her. Once he got to her place, he parked his car and shut off his GPS. Placing his phone into his pocket, he got out of his car and locked it. Heading up to the door, he raised his hand to knock on it. Knocking on it, he waited for her to answer. Usually this wasn’t something that he would do. Sure, he picked up strangers for a living but coming to their place to drink was another thing. Right now he wasn’t worried about it. He just hoped she wasn’t a serial killer or something.
