Turned on my Nordmende unit for the first time in ages today. That maintenance/restoration work from two years ago has held up! Chet Atkins on the platter.

The turntable restoration was a success! The re-lubed mechanics are now running smoothly, rotating at the right speed, and the new stylus was worth the investment and wait. There are still a few issues that are beyond my skills/capabilities, but I think I’ve taken this bad boy as far as I can and am loving the results. Satisfied.
