Well, that immediately perked the Nightmaren up. All the doubt that had been there completely washed away and Reala practically flung himself at NiGHTS. "N-NiGHTS!" Hiccup! "Yuh-yer here! Where ya... Where ya been?" All of the Visitors' taunts were momentarily forgotten -- as was NiGHTS's question.

Reala sighed in exasperation. "Would you knock that off?" NiGHTS had obviously taken his words a bit too literally -- not to mention expanded them to mean just about everything when he'd only been referencing smiling.

Reala let out a LONG SIGH.

"I'll try some. I guess."

He still wasn't hungry, but he'd already insisted that enough lately. She would practically shove it down his throat if that was his excuse, after all.

… I don’t believe it was justified to hurt you at all.

"He was handing down discipline. Should a Nightmaren act out, they will be appropriately punished for it.

"All the words were deserved. If I was being called a useless Nightmaren, it was because I was being one. Anything that would reduce my efficiency would be weeded out and stamped out. The agony of displeasure that I handed down on him would be given to me in return with pieces of my body chipped.
