this is Ducktator! He’s the “evil persona” of Duck Guy. He takes over when Duck puts on the Mayor’s hat, and genuinely acts a lot like Hexxus from Ferngully: the Last Rainforest. Usually, Duck would be a small and frail creature, but with the hat, he would grow stronger. This idea was mainly started by members in the DHMIS amino, my bae made the fact that he would grow to be a thick and strong mens.
