daddy-o is essentially an AU p3!dude that follows the retconned canon of him being just a figment of dude's imagination. if him and alyx were to 'meet' it'd be in dude's mind where daddy-o resides, so this version of alyx wouldn't be real either daddy-o is what dude just kind of assumes a greaser is, but he can't entirely live up to the image. alyx isn't drawn to that facade of trying to be something he's not in either reality (but she does enjoy the company of a pathetic sopping wet grown man) (so do i)
