It's Dog of Wisdom, but with Skags instead.

I've posted a sketch version with just Mr. Chew and I decided to color it and add Dukino as the Skag of Wisdom.

More Dukino/Skag work in progress. I loved how the teeth turned out. When making them with felt, it is only one layer but that will not work with fleece. His head does need to be a little bigger though.
