My idea of romance has changed a lot since I was younger. Now it's a lot less, "flowers and candlelight dinners" and a lot more, "the glass of my bedroom window separated from the frame and he sealed it with duct tape until we could get someone to come fix it, what a gentleman!"

Honestly Skwisgaar probably fell ASLEEP while playing The Hammer. It's so slow and Magnus barely let him do anything. You can tell that Pickles is really confined as well ("nobody told you to make it your own, asshole!"), and like Skwisgaar it's a hell of a lot slower than he's capable of playing.

It's just an interesting window into the pre-Toki era of Dethklok. It's less "Dethklok" and more "Nathan and Magnus, plus the rest" because the rhythm guitar and vocals are the only really prominent parts of the song. Not to mention, the song is credited to Magnus; he wrote the lyrics (about himself, it's obvious), the guitars, and the drum pattern. It's safe to assume the bass lines as well, since it's canon that William doesn't write his own bass lines.
