Reading DoD 471, I've come to a concrete conclusion that Kwon Heeseung is a questionable guy.
Kwon Heeseung what do you mean by "that's the kind of integrity you'd expect from the top 1% of the world"??? And he's praising Park Moondae’s honest disclosure and comparing him to the top 1% (richest people on Earth) in the context of business by the way.
