The vaguely miserable look on his face attested to the idea that he had been unwillingly roused from whatever state of repose he had previously been enjoying. Steel grey eyes fluttered as Starrk examined the Sexta Espada from over his shoulder- perhaps a little curiously. It wasn't often that they crossed paths outside of the chamber to which they were occasionally called for Lord Aizen's counsel. Even less often did they speak directly. "It ain't nothin'." He sighed, pushing himself off of the pillar he had been leaning on, arms crossed as he turned to face Grimmjow. "Figure I could use a little walk anyway."
"Tch, looked like you were about to conk out for another nap." Grimmjow gave a dry, passive jab.
These corridors were remote enough that Grimmjow almost never crossed paths with another. Skittish rejects that stayed out of his way at most, not the Primera.
At least the old wolf wasn't about to crash right outside of his quarters.
Hands stayed at ease in his pockets as he approached. "Sure you didn't sleepwalk out here or somethin'?"
