( tyler lepley, 35, he/him ) You’ve seen joshua bradshaw before. Maybe at the bar. Maybe outside the general store. Maybe walking out of somewhere they shouldn’t have been. They’ve been in paradise valley for his whole life, working as a cattle manager for the clayton ranch, and carrying themselves like someone who knows exactly where they stand in a place where loyalties are complicated. They give off refusing to replace his worn out belt, work never ends, and drowning struggles in whiskey bubbles energy and seem AGAINST the expansion that presses on the nerve of boundary and border — though no one’s quite sure if that’s a moral stance or a survival tactic.
ranch life is all josh has ever known. he's usually up before sunrise, tired and sore from work the day before, but always happy to go back to it.he takes pride in his work, even if he doesn’t always know what to do with himself beyond it. this life has given him structure, purpose, and a reason to keep showing up, no matter how tired he is.
his parents always taught him how important it was to have a work ethic, with his father being a ranch hand himself. his first job was on the clayton ranch, starting as a ranch hand. he pretty much spent every waking moment working. and sure, maybe it shouldn't have consumed his whole life, but he wanted his parents to be proud of him.
he slowly moved his way up, and a few years ago, he became the cattle manager. working with livestock is tiring, but he really does love what he does. and he has a hard time separating himself from the work he does. and as his parents have gotten older, there's a part of him that wishes he could be around more for them. and sometimes he doesn't know where his job ends and he begins, because at this point, he is his job, but he's happy to do the work.
after a long work day, he's usually unwinding with a drink in hand, preferring to drink with others. it’s how he unwinds and sort of lets the weight of responsibility slide off his shoulders, at least for a little bit. he's more social and relaxed during when he's drinking, which is usually the opposite when he's working.
wanted connections:
ranch hands. definitely want all the ranch hand connections!!
drinking buddy
fwbs
ex friend. probably lost touch cause he just kind of put all his energy into work.
( manny montana, 38 year old, him/he ) you’ve seen maximiliano jesus davila before. maybe at the bar. maybe outside the general store. maybe walking out of somewhere they shouldn’t have been. they’ve been in paradise valley all their life, working as the davila ranch owner, and carrying themselves like someone who knows exactly where they stand in a place where loyalties are complicated. they give off cowboy hat, working hands and devilish grin energy and seem neutral for the expansion that presses on the nerve of boundary and border — though no one’s quite sure if that’s a moral stance or a survival tactic. ( kiki, 29, she/her , est )
maximiliano jesús dávila was born at the strike of midnight, not a second early or a minute late. " el ñiño de la noche " the child of the night as his mother used to like to say , his mind wandered whenever the moon presented itself to him and he didn’t know quite why , his grandmother used to say that it was because all the great ones were looking down on him. being the only child to the davila’s , some might have thought that would make it , selfish and egotistical but actually it was far from that . his father and his mother made sure that he followed on his manners and ethics that he was raised on.
His father was old school and that meant that so were the beatings, no matter how logical he was and how much he tried to make sense of things , his father always saw something wrong with his approach. something to pick at that wasn’t perfect and dealing with words and a facade wasn’t how he wanted to live his life, he knew that if he took over that things would have to be done differently. things had to change in order for prosperity to be the result : something that his father was not fond of .
&. boy was there change, it came to a point where he found someone to share his life with : someone that his parents adored and the women that he wanted to spend the rest if his life with and for the first time in a while , maximiliano did not dread , going to bed because he had her and a sweet bundle of hoy that was just a few months : a beautiful baby girl . as predicted his father was too old to continue running the ranch and his time was finally here , wanting to share the good news with his wife , he races to her but finds no sigh of her whatsoever —— no clue at all on where she would be or where she could have gone.
Days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months and he had to come to the realization that something happened to her, something or someone because he couldn’t imagine why she would leave him and their baby girl of just a few months old ? He had a way of doing things that were not up to other ranchers standards and his anger at times wasn’t the best but he did what he could ——— he tried and wasn’t that all that mattered to make a marriage work ?
turns out that’s not the case in this story : in his story because not only did he have a ranch to take care of while dealing with raising a child but now he had to fight for his home and maybe playing dirty was just what he had to do .

( Chris Evan’s , 40 years old, he/him ) You’ve seen TOBIAS BEAUCHAMP before. Maybe at the bar. Maybe outside the general store. Maybe walking out of somewhere they shouldn’t have been. They’ve been in PARADISE VALLEY for HIS WHOLE LIFE, working as a SERGEANT OF ARMS and carrying themselves like someone who knows exactly where they stand in a place where loyalties are complicated. They give off BLACK CUT, HARLEY DAVINSON, TATTED SLEVES energy and seem AGAINST the expansion that presses on the nerve of boundary and border — though no one’s quite sure if that’s a moral stance or a survival tactic. ( kiki , 29, she/her, est )
Tobias was born into this life with an absentee father and a mother who barely knew how to gather her own life as it was, let alone take care of her own children and after his younger brothers death it became evident that she could barley take care of him ——- so he did the only thing that he was taught to do and it was advance in life, everything was a lesson and everything had to be buried because the only thing that was promised was the present, yesterday was the past and tomorrow wasn’t promised : live every day as it was his last.
At just 16 years old, he started associating himself either people who ready didn’t have his best interest, and he got into some big trouble with the towns motorcycle club. thing about Tobias was that he had been through hell and back nothing scared him and the scary thing about Tobias was that he wasn’t afraid of death if anything he had been waiting for the dark angel to come and take him for a while now. there was something about holding someone’s life in his hands, being able to play judge, jury &. executioner.
somehow someway someone saw something in him worth keeping him alive and a member from aces saw something, something worth keeping alive , there was worth to him and he never had that . starting as a prospect, he made his way up : gained the respect that he always wanted but not that he needed.
As the years passed he wanted what the rest of his brothers had , family someone to care for but he knew all too well that wouldn’t , he couldn’t allow to care for anyone but himself and his brothers, a life a solitude is what he was destined to have : live on the road, die on the road . . .
(jordi webber, 29, he/him) You’ve seen niko ariki before. Maybe at the bar. Maybe outside the general store. Maybe walking out of somewhere they shouldn’t have been. They’ve been in montrose for sixteen years, working as a foreman at the freight yard and associésfor the syndicate , and carrying themselves like someone who knows exactly where they stand in a place where loyalties are complicated. They give off calloused fingers and dirty boots, a pot of black coffee, almost always pulling all-nighters energy and seem for the expansion that presses on the nerve of boundary and border — though no one’s quite sure if that’s a moral stance or a survival tactic.
niko was raised by your typical working class parents. his father worked the docks, his mother worked as a nurse, and work was treated like religion in their house. you showed up. you didn’t complain. you handled what was in front of you.
school never held his attention the way engines did. niko learned better with his hands than with a textbook, taking apart bikes and skateboards just to understand how it fit together. he was already spending time around the freight yard as a teenager, picking up shifts and learning the rhythm of shipping schedules. he developed an instinct for logistics early on, how schedules couldn't get fucked up, how everything had to move with precision.
he worked his way up without shortcuts. by his mid twenties, he was supervising crews; and recently, he’d earned the title of foreman, one of the youngest. he doesn’t lead loudly. he leads by stepping into the work himself. his crew respects him because he’ll lift, haul, or repair right alongside them if it means getting the job done correctly.
niko is quiet by nature and someone who he speaks carefully. he shows he cares by doing things for other people like fixing something broken or driving someone home. his competence is what led him to the syndicate. it started small — adjusting schedules, redirecting certain containers, ensuring specific shipments passed through without unnecessary inspection. favors that required discretion more than force. niko understood quickly that infrastructure is power and supply chains control outcomes.
he doesn’t consider himself a criminal, he sees himself as someone who handles logistics. someone who ensures that what needs to move, moves. he rarely asks what’s inside the crates unless knowing is necessary. plausible distance keeps him steady. but he knows enough to understand that stepping back isn’t as simple as refusing a shift. and he doesn't plan on stepping back either.
( george mackay, 32, he/him ) You’ve seen callum o'rourke before. Maybe at the bar. Maybe outside the general store. Maybe walking out of somewhere they shouldn’t have been. triggers: jail, pregnancy, abandonment
raised by a single mom who was always working, it was basically up to cal's older brother to raise him. he taught him the necessities like throwing a good punch and how to roll a joint. most of his teens was filled with him doing reckless things, thinking he was invincible.
he began to prospect for the the aces/eights in his early twenties. the club gave him structure and a purpose. something that meant something for the first time in his life. he kept his head down and did what he was told. he was patched in a few years back, and proudly wears his cut like it's a knight's medieval armor.
a few years back, he accidentally knocked his girlfriend of two months up. by the time their son was born, they had already separated. cal has a hard time letting people in and letting them stay there. nowadays, he sends money when he can, shows up when he can. he goes to birthdays if the club’s not in the middle of something. but he also keeps his distance, justifying it to himself that it's safer that way and less of a chance of his kid turning out like him. in reality, it's more of a mixture of the fact that he also just has a problem with responsibility. his kid definitely gives him a reason to want to be a better person but he also knows that's a lot of work too.
he served some time on the inside, for about sixteen months, and was released a few months ago. officially? aggravated assault. unofficially? well, he's not a fucking rat. jail didn’t harden him, instead he took the time to sharpen his skillset. acting less on impulse when people pissed him off in there. but that has only gone so far in life post-prison. so for now, he's just trying to keep himself out of trouble which is a lot harder than it seems for him.
wanted connections:
baby mama: prob not a big fan of him tbh. maybe on and off. maybe not. idk man.
member of the mc who sponsored him as a prospect
former cellmate
siblings: prob other o'rourke's running around.
co-workers: also works at the roadside revival as per his parole officer's instructions.
